  1. What was the reason for using a farm and the animals as a symbol? How does the moral of the story help us with present day circumstances? How or why did Napoleon gain so much power over the other animals? Do the animals fear Napoleon? What could have helped lessened the conflict between man and animal? Why would the animals run the humans away, it would only cause them to do more work? How was Napoleon's point of view different from Snowball's? Were all the animals opinion of the rebellion the same? Why was it important to bring the windmill down? Did the pigs miss interpret Old major's speech? What causes Napoleon's attitude to change so drastically?

  3. Why did the author make animals so strong and smart in this story and make humans seem week and not very smart? Is this book supposed to tell us how to treat animals? Was Napoleon given that name for a reason? Why was Napoleon such a mean pig? How far did the animals expand the land? Did boxer really get sent to a glue-maker? Why did Napoleon want to spread the land? Why did Napoleon say to make a wind mill when he disagreed of it when Snowball had the idea? Why did the author make pigs this smart in the story? why did Mr. Jones stop trying to take over the farm? Why did they do business with a human when they don't like humans?

  4. what was the reason for boxer going to hte slaughtering houses? Why was the commandments the theme? why did the pigs think they were so cool and great in this story, and treat the animals like someone shot them in the chess 21 times? in the animal farm how come the author wanted us to respct animals? how come all the animals had to live, and why could'nt just the pigs die because they were the cruliest? Why did the author give the name snowball to one of the pigs? why did the farmer want to tke over the farm and hurt the animals. And why were the animals so smart and the humans were'nt?

  7. One of my main questions is why the author used animals... Why were they all so smart, but couldn't learn how to read or write? What was the main point of "Animalism"

  8. Why are the pigs the ones that are inchage? I know that author said in the book that they were smarter than the other animals, but why could'nt the other animals just force them out? Why did the author choose the animals the be smarter than the humans? Why did Mr. Jones just give up on his farm? Where there other farmers being fored out of there farms also? Why did'nt the animals stand up against Napoleon? Why did the man that Napoleon was talking with just ask like this was normal for a pig to talk and walk on its hind legs? how did the men who took Boxer know that he ws ill?When I get back to school I want to discuss why Napoleon got the way he was.
